The patented Coolsure UTS is an energy saving uninterruptible cooling system, ideally suited for telecom shelter sites such as BTS, BSC and Hub sites.

Coolsure UTS air conditioners facilitate intelligent, modular redundant system configurations, providing expandability and high availability cooling with low running costs.

Coolsure UTS air conditioners provide active moisture control, removing any excess moisture which may be present in the controlled space, while ensuring air is not overdried to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD).

Equipped with innovative features and high performance components, Coolsure UTS air conditioners use less than half the energy of typical comfort and precision airconditioning systems, in a package that can be deployed as a direct replacement for standard split units.

Uninterrupted active cooling during AC power failures

Coolsure UTS air conditioners offer the ultimate in cooling availability for critical telecom sites. The double-conversion DC inverter topology permits an ultra-wide input voltage and frequency range, allowing unaffected cooling operation in unstable AC mains conditions. In cases of complete AC mains failure, the compressor, fans and controls are powered efficiently from the telecom backup battery, providing uninterrupted cooling and maintaining the network integrity.

High availability, modular redundant cooling

The fans and compressors are operated at variable speeds eliminating the stresses of on/off regulation and extending the life of all major components. Coolsure’s patented control technology features dynamic load sharing and a sophisticated maintenance alarm system, as well as supporting N+1 redundant configurations to prevent system failure caused by unit faults.

Reduced carbon footprint without compromising network reliability

Unlike alternative cooling solutions, such as free venting and heat-exchangers, Coolsure UTS air conditioners allow operators to substantially reduce their carbon footprint without compromising on the reliability and life of the critical telecom equipment and batteries.

Support for remote monitoring and control capability via Coolsure Sentinel remote monitoring system, or third party remote monitoring system (via Modbus adaptor).
